A luxury retirement complex, including 350 ILUs, office space, cinema and function rooms is to be built by the Renaissance Retirement Living group next to Bond University and Varsity Central. Targeting the top end market, the properties will also be adjacent to a private hospital and 120 bed aged care facility.
