Aged and Community Services Australia (ACSA) has announced the departure of CEO, Greg Mundy. After 10 years in the top job, Greg is leaving ACSA in December, taking a family holiday in the UK to visit his father. He has announced no further plans. ACSA President Klaus Zimmermann tells us Gregs announcement was a surprise and the organisation will miss him greatly.
Zimmermann commented on Greg being a stalwart for the sector, working tirelessly to drive the agenda for ageing Australians, and being at the forefront of the advice to the Productivity Commission.
While very well known for his passion and his collaborative approach to issues with all peak bodies, he will also be remembered for being extremely innovative in his communication programs over the past three years, especially the Kevin07 ageing campaign.
