The construction of Australian Unity's Mornington Peninsula Grange village is due to start in April. With over 280 villas, the new community will be Australian Unity's largest retirement village. Approximately six hectares of land will be developed into gardens, parks, walking paths and a lake. Nineteen two and three-bedroom plus study villas are now selling, with prices starting at $395,000.
