The Department of Health and Ageing is calling for submissions from aged care consumers, providers, professional bodies and other stakeholders about proposed reforms to the Aged Care Complaint Schemes complaints management framework.
Submissions need to be made by Tuesday, 22 March 2011at 12.00pm AEDST.
