ACT based village operator Hindmarsh Retirement achieved 11 sales from one Open Day in its Stage II development of its Bellerive village. Following sluggish sales earlier this year Hindmarshs National Retirement Manager Erik Boddeus engaged Jeff McGarns GBD marketing agency to rework the village proposition. The expanded interest with off the plan Stage III sales has caused Hindmarsh to bring forward the final stage development of the 99 ILUs and 27 semi detached villas.
