Hope Island 216 bed aged care approval – seeking partners

Hope Island Care, a Gold Cast based development company, has received council approval for a four level, 216 bed aged care facility to be built next to an existing medical building. Forming part of a large scale development to be known as ‘Hope Island Health Precinct’, the developer is in discussions with medical and aged care operators to build the facilities and hopes to start developing the medical building in two years.
