Village sales were reportedly hit by comments Les Armstrong, President of the Association of Residents of Queensland Retirement Villages (ARQRV), recently made to The Sunday Mail. We met Mr. Armstrong at his Living Choice Karana Island home to hear his opinion direct. I was misquoted, he said. In fact, my wife and I love living here we reckon this village is well and truly in the Top 10 of villages in Queensland. I asked for a retraction because they extended some of my comments to our personal situation, which was not correct. But that never came, and I am sorry about that because the staff here, they are the best our money can buy.
