It appears that Bankwest support for distressed villages has finally come to an end. Administrator Grant Thornton has been appointed to Greenleaf Belmont and Greenleaf Wyee on NSWs Central Coast. They took over the village last Friday and had to handle as Manager - a violent sexual assault on the Saturday. It is open knowledge that Bankwest parent, the Commonwealth Bank, just does not want to be in the village space. Rumour has as many as 30 villages could fall, which will hit valuations hard.
Australian Senate votes for two separate inquiries into aged care reform
The Senate has voted to establish two new Senate inquiries into the Government’s historic aged care reforms, rollout out on the weekend after years of preparation, amid concerns they will not deliver for older Australians.
