The inaugural LEADERS SUMMIT (a joint Villages Publishing and RVA program) this week in Sydney had over 180 CEOs and senior managers from across the private and not for profit sectors attend. Focussing on the big issues facing the sector, there was standing room only when Justin Laboo of Aveo gave a frank revue of the Global Financial Crisis and how his group still managed to grow cash earnings from DMF and Capital Gains by 62% between Dec 08 and Dec 09.
