On Lend Leases village web site (now called lendleaseseniorliving.com.au), a $15,000 cash back is being offered to anyone who buys and settles on a new home in a Lend Lease village before 21 December. Stockland offered selective discounts up to 10% early this year, which they claim was effective in generating extra sales.
