Privately owned Lifestyle SA is on track to achieve 2,500 ILUs across 12 villages in South Australia by 2012, worth $1 billion. Their latest village, The Vines at Evanston Park, opens this week. Lifestyle SA has a track record of exceptional sales results. As reported last week, they achieved 30 new ILU sales in February alone - all in Adelaide. The company is owned by local builder Gordon Pickard, with Stephen and Roxanne Norris. Interestingly Roxanne Norris informs us she personally takes every initial sales call for the company.
