of 395 homes that the developer claims will target 50-65 year-old baby boomers.
Called Seachange Gold Coast, it will have a country club with pools, gym, squash
courts, competition standard lawn bowls, putting green and vegetable garden.
Wonder what happens to residents when they pass 65 years of age?
