Manufactured resort park operator targets 100 sales in 12 months

Lifestyle Communities of Victoria is looking to sell 100+ homes across four villages by June 2010. Located in Shepparton, Melton, Tarneit and Warragul, they are based on the model of buying your home but leasing the land. The prices start at $150,000 (Shepparton) and weekly fees start at $75 per week for a single pension resident to $150 per week for a ‘self funded retiree couple’. They have also just secured land at Cranbourne.
