Hazel is a board director of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and first employed Kerry Lehman when he was Chief General Manager at the bank. He again recruited her when he was called in to take over the CEO role of Prime Life when founder Ted Sent was shown the door. Hazel is now Chairman of Ingenia.
