Maroba (NSW) wins council approval for seven story development (250% over utilisation)

Newcastle based Baptist community Not For Profit village and care operator Maroba has won approval to build a seven story/50 ILU development on their existing site. CEO Viv Allanson pointed out they had made no compromises with design and did not have to go beyond council for approval. It is a unique site and does not overshadow any neighbours. The design delivers 250% more built space than zoning allows normally.
