NSW Housing Minister Frank Terenzini has officially opened the $28 million Elizabeth Street Redfern Project - the first major public housing redevelopment in the inner city of Sydney for over 20 years. The new development is a mixture of small, multistorey buildings of modern seniors living units and terrace houses with backyards for families.
