NSW: $93million Milton seniors development before panel

17 years of planning and Milton's Claydon Park Classic Seniors Living complex is in front of the State Government's Joint Regional Planning Panel. The $93million proposal is the brainchild of developers and the property owners, David and Joy Matthew. The proposal includes 260 residences plus a medical and nursing home precinct, sporting, community and recreational facilities.
