The usual development hurdles have been blamed for the delayed Bonny Hills development but the Carnegie Cove project is moving forward, says project manager Lincoln Daley. Carnegie Cove is a development by the Australian Retirement Group and managed by Bendix Constructions. In total around $160 million will be spent on the 415 hectare Bonny Hills site. Stage one works include the construction of an over 55s residential estate and shopping centre.
