St Peters Green, a boutique 27 ILU village located at North Lane Cove has received a Commendation in the 2011 NSW Chapter Architecture Awards. Two bed ILUs achieved prices up to $900,000 with all but one ILU sold. The development was a joint venture with Greengate Developments, who are now looking to replicate the formulae with a site in Maroubra.
