In yet another example of the strength of Not for Profits in successfully funding and developing medium rise when private operators largely fail, small (Baptist) community village and care operator Maroba is moving ahead with its 7 storey tower. CEO and ACSA NSW board member, Viv Allanson, reports they are working with final aspects of council approvals. Maroba joins Scalabrini, Freemasons, Masonic Homes, IRT and others all getting towers approved and sold while banks decline to fund private operators due to bad sales success rates.
