The Sydney suburb of Chatswood is to be the recipient of a new $42.9 million development including 58 seniors living units, 58-bed nursing home and medical suites. Also slated for the suburb is the $35 million redevelopment of a former Presbyterian Church, which will include 70 seniors living residential units. No date has been set for work to begin but a Chatswood Councillor confirmed the projects.
