NSW: Concept approval for $141 million ‘Rise' development

Concept plan approval has been granted to Terranora Group Management (TMG) for their $141 million Tweed coast master-planned community. ‘The Rise’ development will ultimately comprise a 200-bed aged care facility, 1600 residences and retail and commercial space. The 184-hectare site is owned by Brisbane-based developer Godfrey Mantle whose vision for the site is an ‘integrated community'.
