The 70 strata residents of Castle Pines Retirement Village in Baulkham Hills a suburb of Sydney, have won a Supreme Court battle with Premier Holdings Pty Ltd and Gregg Ritchie & Associates. Despite management contracts over h years including exclusive rights to sell Ilus for up to 90 days, the Court stated the Retirement Village Act overruled and residents could decide who sold their homes and at what price. An appeal is being lodged.
