The former CEO of the charity which runs Benhome aged care facility in the Hunter region of NSW has been charged with defrauding the organisation of $183,000. Andy Fullerton, 51, has been ordered to face court next month charged with six counts of obtaining money by deception. There is no risk to Benhomes future, according to the board.
