THE NSW Planning Department has approved a new hospital in Wahroonga. Murlan Pty Ltd in partnership with Kevin Ryans Waterbrook Lifestyle Resorts lodged the plans for the private hospital. Two applications for seniors living developments on the same spot, by the same company were previously rejected.
