Brother and sister Mark and Barbara Moran (siblings of Doug Moran) have continued their expansion in up market aged care by purchasing other peoples projects. First they bought the brand new ocean front Little Bay care facility built by St.Lukes but which got off to a slow occupancy start. Now they have purchased the Vaucluse High School site originally bought via tender by Zig Inge just before they sold out. The Morans paid $23.5 million for the 12,000sqm Vaucluse site alone. They intend building a resort style care facility.
