NSW: Warrigal Care’s $51m seven story seniors complex rejected

Wollongong’s Regional Planning Panel has rejected the NFP aged care and retirement services provider’s application to develop an aged care complex and seven storey ILU tower. Warrigal CEO, Mark Sewell said the decision was based mainly on issues with zoning compatibility and building height and that the decision may be contested.
