NSW:150 house Seniors village in Kirkham proposal

Plans for a 150 house over 55’s seniors’ village in Kirkham, Camden are being finalised. The proposal for Wivenhoe Village is a joint initiative by the Good Samaritan Sisters and Mbark, property developers. The proposal includes seniors’ houses, community centre, parks and gardens.
