NT: New suburb looking for developers

Developers are needed to build the new suburb of Johnston. The development will include a 47-dwelling seniors village, a commercial area and an open space. The successful developer is expected to provide 284 lots - ranging in size from 600-1900sq m and will be required to sell 24 of the smaller lots to first home buyers at $140,000.
The tender is expected to be finalised by the end of the year, with lots sold off the plan within three months.
