NZ: QPE $100 million buys out AMP to take control of Summerset

New Zealand’s Overseas Investment Office (OIO) has approved a deal for Australia's QPE Funds Management to buy out AMP Capital Investors' stake in Summerset in a $100 million retirement village deal. Summerset is New Zealand's third-largest largest retirement village developer and the operator behind NZX-listed businesses Ryman Healthcare and Metlifecare. QPE now has full control of Summerset’s management company.
