Palm Lake Resort Eagleby Heights has won the Master Builders Award for Lifestyle Housing for Seniors. Eagleby is an Over 55s Resort half way between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Homes sell from about $330,000. Palm Lakes has about 14 sites covering retirement villages, assisted living, aged care and manufactured home parks, as well as Over 55 resorts. The owner is Walter Elliott Group and is now managed by Walters son, Scott Elliott.
