The go to mezzanine financier for the retirement and aged care sector pre GFC, the Gold Coasts LM Investments, has formed an alliance with Phil Ushers Tall Trees group to manage LMs remaining assets on behalf of LM investors. They are an Over 50s development at Redland Bay, Pinevale Villas in Morayfield and Ocean View in Banora Point. Tall Trees has two successful integrated retirement and care developments south of Brisbane. He has been an advocate of the continuum of care model as the future of planned retirement living. Other developments are planned with LM.
