Phoenix Group: Mid rise NSW seniors development knocked back

Penrith councillors have knocked back the Phoenix Group’s development application for 92 units in Emu Plains. The proposed three to four storey buildings had attracted opposition for being out of character for the local area. Phoenix Group has lodged another development application for the same block of land.
