Straddling the border of New South Wales and Victoria, the twin towns of Albury and Wodonga have a population of 105,000 people. Currently two new villages are under development, one by UPA and the other by the Gannon Lifestyle Group. Now The Commercial Club that took over the local golf course 10 years ago wishes to replace a motel on the site with a 50 ILU village consisting of one, two and three bedroom apartments.
