The sudden death of a 91-year-old woman in an Adelaide aged care facility last month was declared a major crime this week. The woman died at the Philip Kennedy Centre – operated by Southern Cross Care – on September 25. Police said detectives would continue to investigate the circumstances related to the cause of death. Southern Cross Care previously stated management and staff were cooperating with police.
