Peter McMullen of Jones Lang LaSalle stated bluntly that only operators under extreme duress will sell over the next six months, and predicted discount rates of 20-30% or higher. For partially developed villages or vacant sites he predicts discounts of 30-50%. He added this is a very good market for Not For Profits to pick up sites.
