Prestige inner city Paddington village and care site gets another approval for Presbyterians – 79 ILU’s plus 100 beds

One of Sydney’s most valuable land blocks has received planning approval for demolition of an ageing 88 bed care facility to be replaced by 79 ILU’s and a 100 bed development. Presbyterians Aged Care’s Scottish Hospital site has remarkable views and is heavily wooded, all just 5 kilometres from the city. Local residents are fighting the proposal and its removal of 80 trees.
