Prime Trust buys a big one – a 600 ILU village in NSW

There aren’t many giant villages. The two largest are Brentwood in Gosford,
NSW with 598 ILU’s (just bought by Prime Trust), and The Village Glen in Rosebud
on the Mornington Peninsula with 611 ILU’s. These are eight times the size of the
average village of 75 ILU’s. Just to keep all the ILU’s occupied they will have to
attract 1.5 new residents every week of the year!
