Perhaps the only person to make a killing out of the Prime Trust debacle is Phil Carter who sold his Morpeth village to Prime Trust for a reputed $10 million above expectation. His plans for Signature Gardens Retirement Resort is for 200 self care villas, an 80 bed care facility and a 20 room assisted living apartment building.
