Gladstone Regional Council victorious over change to approved land lease community

Queensland’s Planning and Environment Court has dismissed an appeal by Brades Property Agnes Water, upholding Gladstone Regional Council’s refusal of a proposal to swap an approved 360-lot manufactured housing estate (land lease community) for a 158-home conventional residential subdivision at Agnes Water.
