Holy Spirit Care Services (HSCC) has council approval to build a facility on land at Nudgee College in Boondall, comprising of 128 multi-unit dwellings and a 10-bed high care facility. A council officers report presented to the planning committee last week showed the development sits on land which would be submerged in a Q10 flood, similar to one last May but HSCC will continue to liaise with the community regarding potential flooding issues.
