While infamous for their secrecy, the extreme right religious group the Exclusive Brethren is being very open in its plans for a 100 apartment village in Unley. They have letterbox dropped the area to get local support but may not get it as they plan to build a five story development in a residential zone limited to two stories. However Unleys Development Plan has no height restrictions on retirement housing.
