RetireAustralia has just commenced the $5 million construction of a new 1600sqm country club at its Forresters Beach Retirement Village, nearby its three other Central Coast villages. CEO Glen Brown says they have invested $20 million across the Central Coast in the past 12 months, building 60 new ILUs. At Forresters Beach they are currently building 24 ILUs, with 16 presold. Over the next seven years they plan to build 450 ILUs in the region with a capital expenditure of $160M
