Over the last 30 days the number of people searching for a village on our website villages.com.au grew by an average of 164 people a day or 12%, over the average of the past three months. Annualised we now have 561,000 people now searching for a village. Each year approximately just 17,100 units sell, demonstrating there is potentially greater demand than supply.
