Rosewoods planned Leederville (WA) care facility of 120 beds, costing $40 million has stalled. They have also stopped redevelopment of their West Perth facility. The empty Leederville project has cost $2 million to date and is costing Rosewood $20,000 per month. It may have to be sold.
