NSWs RSL Lifecare has been awarded $450,000 over three years in partnership with Australian Catholic University to augment staff training and development, specifically:
Support the development and expansion of the skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
Equip staff to deliver tailored and complex care and services to our aging clients.
Provide for staff development in rural areas.
Provide genuine career pathways within aged.

RSL was Australias first teaching nursing home, commencing in 2004.
