With the new financial year upon us there is discussion in the market of up to 25 villages changing hands over the next three to four months. Conservatively this will amount to $750 million in sales transactions before taking into account the discount rates being demanded by fire sales. There are some considerable surprises in the villages on the block. These figures do not include Stockland and FKP.
