With community approval firmly behind it, Living Choices proposal for a retirement village in the Adelaide suburb of Fullarton, will go before Unley Councils Development Assessment Panel (DAP) next month. The current development application by Living Choice is for a 189-unit retirement village. The current plans are the fourth ones submitted since March 2008 by Living Choice in their efforts to develop the site.
