A 74 year old male resident of a Redlynch care facility (near Cairns) assaulted an 89 year old female resident who sadly passed away the next day in hospital.

In North West WA a 68 year old man went missing from a high care facility in Derby; his body was found three days later several kilometres away. The facility had keypad locks.
