Having downsized as a village operator by selling seven businesses to Aevum in 2007, Sakkara Living is getting back into the market by buying out approximately 50% remaining of The Landings in Sydneys North Turramurra from the Royal Australian Air Force Association, a registered charity. The Landings won the UDIA NSW Landcom Awards for Excellence 2007.
